GADAM ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application and related backend services collect, use, and protect your information when you use GADAM.

2. Data Collection and Usage

GADAM is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect only the minimum amount of data required to deliver seamless step tracking and cloud synchronization:

Account Credentials: If you choose to enable cloud backup, we collect your email address for account creation and secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
Activity Metrics: Step counts, walking distance, active workout durations, and heart rate readings collected through your device sensors or Apple HealthKit (with your explicit permission).
Location Data (GPX Export): Outdoor route coordinates are processed on-device during active workouts solely to generate your workout path and export GPX files. We do not track background location when workouts are inactive.

3. Apple HealthKit Integration

            Apple Health Privacy Commitment: GADAM reads and writes step counts and fitness metrics to Apple HealthKit solely to calculate your daily activity targets. HealthKit data is never used for marketing or advertising purposes, and is never sold to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
        

4. Data Storage and Security

Your synchronized activity records and profile details are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols and stored securely on private server infrastructure. Session authentication is protected with cryptographically secure tokens.

5. Third-Party Services & Payments

GADAM does not integrate third-party ad networks or tracking trackers. All financial transactions and in-app subscription management (GADAM Pro) are handled directly and securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card or financial details.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may delete your account and all associated synchronized health records at any time directly within the app settings or by submitting a deletion request to our support email.
